SURRENDER - THE EXPERIENCE



"Surrender is giving up control but not losing power.
In fact, surrender gets you to the Source of your power."


Lesson 3

EXPERIENCE:

Find a quiet place and sit in a comfortable position.

Close your eyes, if it feels appropriate.

Sit for a moment, breathe deeply and relax.

Now, relax a little more.

And now, a little more.

Now, go to that quiet place deep within your Being and feel the peaceful, calm, serenity there.

Just be there for awhile. Relax and breathe.

Relax a little more.

Take another deep breath and on the out breath, feel yourself surrender.

If you wish, take another deep breath, go a little deeper and on the out breath, surrender even more.

And, again, take another deep breath, go a little deeper still and once again on the out breath, surrender even more.

Feel what you are feeling.

Now, take another deep breath, feel what you are feeling, feel yourself surrender, and if you choose, on the out breath, whisper quietly to yourself, "I surrender."

Be in that stillness.

Feel what you are feeling.

Just be there and feel what you are feeling.

The deepest awareness that you have in this moment is the Source of your Power.

The more that you surrender to your Self, the more Power that you have.
